2. What this policy covers
This policy covers personal data collected on madmenmt.com only: when you browse this site or contact us through it.
It does not cover player data on casino or sportsbook platforms we build for clients. Those operators control that data under their own policies and contracts.
3. Data we collect
Enquiries. The contact form collects your name, email address, phone number, company name, and message. We send that information by email to hello@madmenmt.com through SMTP2GO, and we use it to reply and keep a record of the conversation.
Technical data. Hosting and security providers may process your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you request so the site can be delivered and protected.
Advertising. We ask before setting cookies for Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. If you accept, or you open another page on this site, we load Google Tag Manager (container GTM-5S2MGVSN) and the LinkedIn Insight Tag (partner ID 6727049). If you reject, those tools do not load. You can change this choice from the Cookies link in the footer.
This website has no user accounts. We do not collect CVs, supplier records, or any other personal data through the site, and we do not add enquirers to a mailing list.
4. Why we use it, and the legal basis
- To answer sales and project enquiries, and to take steps toward a contract when you ask about our services. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.
- To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- To advertise Mad Men Limited and measure those campaigns with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Legal basis: consent, which you can refuse or withdraw from the Cookies link in the footer.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal data with the providers that run the site:
- SMTP2GO, to deliver contact-form email
- Google, for Google Ads
- LinkedIn, for LinkedIn Ads
We may also share data with professional advisers, or if the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
SMTP2GO, Google, and LinkedIn can process personal data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States.
7. How long we keep it
We keep contact-form enquiries for 6 years, then delete them. Advertising cookies expire on the timetable set by Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR and Maltese data protection law, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, and you can ask for portability where that right applies. You can withdraw consent for advertising cookies from the Cookies link in the footer.
Email hello@madmenmt.com to use these rights. We may need to confirm it is you before we act on a request.
9. Complaints
You can complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta at idpc.org.mt. If you live elsewhere in the EEA, you can also contact your local supervisory authority.
10. Children
This website is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11. Changes
When this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
